About Historic Plaster Conservation Services

Historic Plaster Conservation Services (HPCS) was founded in 1988 to pursue opportunities in the very specific field of plaster conservation and to further the work of the late Morgan W. Phillips, a material scientist who initiated the development of these procedures while working for the U.S. National Park Service. This Web site is dedicated to his memory.
